I wrote recently about three new openings, one of which is Han Fine Korean Cuisine, where Palermo was across from the Apple Store. Though the menu is different (slightly), the owners are the same ones who ran Hahn’s Hibachi on Ramona, which is now closed. Hahn’s Hibachi was a little off the beaten track but its decor, with nice woods and a Japanese influence, was definitely more charming than the new Han. But they definitely found a more prominent location.
